Fastest: in the game

Settings → Delete my data, tap twice. Your scores, challenges, referral links, notification token and purchase records are removed from our servers at once and the game resets on your phone.

Without the app

If the game is already uninstalled, send us the 4-letter player code that was shown at the bottom of Settings. It is the only thing that identifies your anonymous account. We delete everything tied to it within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

• The anonymous account and its player code
• Daily Cosmos and league scores, with their recorded runs
• Challenges you created and results you posted on others'
• Referral links in both directions
• Push notification token and reminder settings
• Purchase verification records (Google Play keeps its own order history)

Anonymous, aggregated counts (for example "8,431 players played Sky #142") are not tied to you and are kept. Crash reports and analytics events already collected are retained by Firebase for up to 90 days and are not linked to your player code.

If you do not know your player code, email us anyway with the approximate date you played and the Google account you installed with; we will do what we can, but without the code there is nothing that links a device to an account.
